All fresh and pretty. I spent most of today in the bilge, almost Nothing to do with the Gen II drive through assy fit the older assy. the power steering cylinder is different, so I changed that out, then the lines were different fittings, so I changed those out. That was so much fun I changed out the tilt/trim pump cause the lines didn't point the same direction, but then, the power cables were to short, so I got to change those out too. What Fun !
I'll stick it in the boat tomorrow and take it to the lake, I don't think I'll be doing any showin off this time, ... Really.
Ooops, I forgot. I also got to make an aluminum plate to stop up the exhaust passage through the transom assy, That only took a couple hours, and before I install the drive tomorrow, I'll install the new impeller, and I got to make a bracket to hold the gear oil resevoir on the transom.
