I got my Scimitar on bunks in the garage today, I'll get the cradle finished for it tomorrowrobably.
I'll be removing the floor, repair or replace the stringer that I think is broke, and while I'm in there I'm going to remove the transom, kick it out at the bottom 8 degrees, build it back that way and raise the drive mount 2 1/2 inches.
I got the new aluminum exhaust manifolds in today, they are Kool lookin inside, just like little short headers. I have got all the new motor parts now except the rockers, I'm looking for a deal on a set of aluminum full rollers .
I also took the back seat to the upholstry shop, it should be done before I get the Scimitar back on the trailer, it should be lookin good for the Muscatine show.
