how are ya doin red? she's not home yet but will be in just a week or so, ron's going to go throught the trailer and get new tires, check the lights, and make shure the rigs ready to roll. this will be the first time in 65 boats that someone has ever got the boat trailer ready besides me, i normally have to go throught the whole thing on site and bring about 2000lbs of tools and spair what evers. ron is a very nice man and was willing to work with me on paying for it, was firm on the price but was kind about paying for it. but as far as the boat, she's got major pottential, everythings there right down to the original sleeves the t-top's go in when removed, power seat, shag carpet, emblems, everythings there, i was amaized.
the body just needs several coats of clear put back on and she'll be good as new. the motor is all intact other than a few things, outdrive is off only because the drive is rebuilt recently, trailer looks practically brand new other than the tires and there getting replaced. ohhhhh and to boot, it has the original glass windsheild, my wife might be able to ride in this one, she has a problem seeing out of the other one, gets kinda motion sic, not me im in scimi heaven.
all though i have two now and i know this seems kinda greedy but i am still searching for a emerald mist 1980 model, this is my favorite one, there is one back east, but the owner was'nt willing to work with me, i could of owned it already. either way, i will be shure to take a whole bunch of before i tare in to it pics when i get her home.
