Hello Craigman,    I don't know if you have already solved your swim ladder issue, but I thought I would send a few photos of how I resolved the same need for my Scimitar. I was able to purchase this telescopic ladder from West Marine, at one of their stores here locally.Moreover, you can find them on line at, westmarine.com  .Good luck...best  regards,  Pelican Bill

I tried them but the swim ladder was already sold.

He said that was the first thing to go. no

I am in need of a swim ladder for my 79' Carlson/Glastron CV23.

Does anyone know of one for sale or a place to look for one?
