The brochure weight is everthing that the boat comes with except gas, options, and trailer, the brochure weight for all the scimitars are the same, and approximate, they did not give an engine size option, thats the olny thing that would vary the weight worth calculating.
I'm trying to find the details of the weight of a Scimitar. I found one mentioning of 1850 (840 kilo) and 2200 (1000 kilo) lbs, but that seems light compared to a CV23. Does anybody know what the total weight would be, incl. tank of gas? Or, what would be the minimum/maximum load that the trailer would be able to take?

The brochure on the boat says it weighs 1850, that weight would not include any gas in the tank, which would add 250 pounds if the tank is full of gas, 36 gallons. The trailer under my boat is heavy, but most of the Scimitars came on an aluminum trailer that weighs conciderably less than mine. I have not weighed mine to see what it all weighs together. The motor, drive, and cast iron manifolds weighs about 1000 pounds.
