Hello and Happy Spring Everyone! I wrote before (below) in regards to my '83 Scimitar restoration that was completed last year. There is a plaque on the passenger side dash that seems to be thin aluminum, is approx. 6" wide by 1 1/2" high. It has some engraved or etched words on it however they are way too worn to even read anymore. I'm wondering if this plaque is standard on most Scimitars and if so do any of you know what has been etched on the metal piece. I want to have this redone however can't make out what was on the plaque. I know the top of it is "Glastron Carlson Scimitar Sport Boat" however there appears to be a lot of words below in smaller font size that I can't make out at all. I know there is reference to the "James Bond Moonraker" movie however that's all I can see. I wil. Glasses in the pic are for size comparison. Thanks!
